You can access the "Free Tech Support" if you have purchased a 4D product.

The Tech Support period offered after sales is valid for 30 days from the first contact with our Tech Support.

Questions must only be related to installation and activation issues of your new product.
No other technical issue as for example related to development will be submitted to the Tech Support without having previously subscribed to one of our contracts for Tech Support or Services.
